There isn’t any set formula for success. No pill will force folks to visit. Good leadership helps. Proper publicity or results help. Emphasize the good results. Overlook and forget the failures. Don’t try too ambitious a program when planning visitation responsibilities.

Praise those who cooperate. Don’t criticize those who do not visit.

Pastor and superintendent should set the example by being present and participating in visitation.
