The Flannel Board: Not Just For The Children’s Department

We all know how important the flannel board is for helping tell stories to children, but here’s an idea that can help make the flannel board a useful tool in other Sunday school departments, too. Ordinary construction paper sticks to the flannel board! You can cut out letters to create scrambled word puzzles. Write each word of a Bible verse on pieces of construction paper and then scramble the words. Write or draw illustrations for your lesson on construction paper. Try these and other ideas for making the flannel board even more useful in your Sunday school.
