It Worked For Us…

A Christmas Gift

By Janet Mohney

Every year our young women’s Sunday school class has been making tray favors for our local hospital at Christmas. We have met in the evening during the week to make them and also during our regular Sunday school classes for several years. Some of the members prepare refreshments and everyone helps in the craft to be made. One good idea was a napkin holder. A block of wood was stenciled and a round hole cut in its center. Silk flowers were hot glued and napkins cut from lovely Christmas cloth were inserted. The patients in the hospital all received one of the gifts with their meal on Christmas.
